FREE consultation
First Step
Before commencing a piece of work, we require families to have a free 20 minute consultation. This will ensure we will be able to meet your needs, alongside you ensuring you are happy with the service and to ask any clarifying questions.

Initial Assessment
One off payment of £130
An initial assessment allows us to gather more information about your young person and the current presentation of behaviours at home. This appointment will often last for up to two hours, which gives us time to begin planning our work together such as developing goals, a risk management plan if necessary and collecting questionnaires.
One-to-One Sessions
£85 per session however discounts for block booking (click here for more information)
​This package consists of between 6-8 sessions and involves conducting a functional behavioural assessment to establish why behaviours are happening, and using this information to create a personalised behaviour support plan. Following the implementation fo the plan, there will be a number of review sessions to ensure that the plan fits with your family and to make any changes that need to be made.
Recorded Workshops
From £30 per recording
You will find a variety of recorded workshops on our website which target specific situations that your young person may find distressing. Each workshop will provide you with easy to implement strategies with multiple examples so that you can personalise them to your young person. Accessing a workshop will also give you the ability to book a one off consultation with me (for £65) to provide individualised support on that topic to help you to embed the strategies to into your current routine and lifestyle.

Parent Groups

£50 per session
(each group is 4 weeks of two hour sessions)
Group sessions allow parents to come together to learn about behaviours and to gain understanding on how altering the environment around a young person can often improve their quality of life and in turn, reduce behaviours that challenge. We will think about coping strategies that we can use as parents, alongside learning how well known strategies can be adapted to help our young person communicate their needs
