Hi, I'm Alice

I am the founder ENA consulting, a Mum of two, and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with over 12 years experience working with young people and their families.

Alice Pritchard

My passion in life has always been to help people, and through my experience I have found that supporting families and young people when difficult situations begin to arise is when we can make the most long term progress.

I have worked in a range of settings such as schools, nurseries, with families in their homes and most recently, within the NHS. My current experience working for the NHS has highlighted gaps in services and the huge length of time people have to wait for services - if they are lucky enough to be able to meet the criteria. This has led to the development of ENA Behaviour Consultancy in the hope that more people are able to get the support they need, when they need it.

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Educational Development, and I was awarded a Distinction in my Masters Degree from The University of Kent. I am a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, a UK certified Behaviour Analyst, and a member of the UK-SBA.

As a parent myself, I understand how overwhelming parenting can be, let alone trying to find the time and space (and lets be honest - the energy!) to try new things and to make changes to our routine. However, I pride myself in my expertise of working collaboratively with families to ensure that I take into consideration their way of parenting and their lifestyles so that strategies we discuss do not only line up with their values but also align with their life and their goals.
